Delicious and yet horrible. Like standing in a warm pool and realising that someone has pissed in it. Tommy Spanos? Spanner more like.

I have a message to leave for you. Tommy is my uncle. While you may feel that this is "horrible", my uncle was very highly regarded for his accomplishments. He opened for many high profile acts, including, The Man in Black himself, Johnny Cash. He was set to play on the Johnny Carson Show, but had to back out due to personal reasons. They asked him to reschedule, but he was unable to. He was 10 years old when this album was recorded. The organist for the Chicago Cubs wanted him to take over for him at one point in time; Tommy turned him down to start his own business. He traveled all over the US performing, many venues begging him to stay and not go back home to his normal school schedule. This all started at the age of 10. He consistently sold out shows, lounges, etc. I wish that you could have seen him perform. You wouldn't have posted on here as you have if you did. I just ask that you take a look at what you have before you post something about someone, especially when you know nothing about them. What a pity that you have nothing better to do with your life than to post slandering material about people that you don't know on the internet. I know you will probably read this and say, wow... what a b*tch. You might grow up some day and understand. Until then, I hope you enjoy listening to my uncle play organ as much as the rest of us do.

Lisa you have completely misread the idea and sentiment behind this blog.
It is not a slanderous attack on musicians and artist and it is not intended to offend either.

I could spend the next 20 minutes trying to explain what I find so amusing about these records and photographs but I think I would be wasting my time.
You either get it or you don’t.
Like looking back over old photographs of the past and laughing at things that were once trendy and now look amusing, these records provoke the same reaction in me.

However, as I cannot reply to you personally I will leave this message up for a couple of days, hoping you do get the chance to read it.
I don’t think you are a bitch and I don’t think Tommy Spanos is a dreadful musical.
I have only ever heard this one piece of music and it makes me smile.
I can’t explain why, it just does.

If you don’t like the post I will remove it over the weekend.
